They made a stop at USU where they beat the Aggies 86-81 which pleased many of the WSU faithful.

Allred was born in Montana and moved to Salt Lake City, Utah when he was 15. He attended East High School where he was teammates with Talmadge Eyre. Eyre also played basketball for Weber State (2001-03). The 6-foot-11, 260-pound Ivan Drago look-a-like was up to 275 at WSU where he dominated the Big Sky.
Lance's red-shirt year WSU won the Big Sky title and went 16-0. His junior year WSU lost in the semifinals to the eventual champion EWU. His senior year, he led WSU to the conference championship game where the 'Cats ended up losing by 2 after a Jamal Jenkins half court shot with no chance with almost 3 seconds remaining on the clock.
Before spending the last 3 years in the D-League and NBA, Allred played in France, Spain and Puerto Rico. He suffered a knee injury that required surgery. He didn't play much for the Stampede in 2008, but started all 38 games before getting the call from Cleveland in 2008.
